2. Services
Eternal Films provides premium wedding video production, digital invitation design, and related creative services. All services are subject to availability and the specifications agreed upon at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website. Prices are listed in the currency displayed and are subject to applicable taxes (GST). Payment must be completed at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI payments.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We will communicate any delays promptly. Rush delivery options may be available at additional cost.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, videos, and creative content produced by Eternal Films remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary media files. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Eternal Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
