Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of order placement, provided that production has not yet started. Once our team begins work on your project, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if the request is made within 48 hours and production has not begun. For instant download products, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded.
Partial Refund
If production has already started, a partial refund of up to 50% may be offered depending on the work completed. This will be assessed by our team and communicated to you within 3 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. For any questions, contact our support team at hello@eternalfilms.com.
Non-Refundable Services
Custom orders that have been fully completed and delivered are non-refundable. Rush delivery fees, consultation charges, and instant download purchases are also non-refundable.
