Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be subject to our refund policy. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation After Production Starts
If you cancel after production has begun, you may be charged for the work completed up to that point. Our team will provide a breakdown of the charges and any applicable refund amount. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cancellation scenarios.
Cancellation by Eternal Films
In rare cases, Eternal Films may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. We will notify you immediately and offer alternative solutions when possible.
